To select a bath gel, several aspects must be taken into account, because it is a product that will be in direct contact with the skin, and they offer many benefits. Here are some ideas to select the best gel according to the type of skin:
- Gels should not make a lot of foam because they would have more detergent, silicones and substances, which are very harmful to the skin, because they will not moisturize or clean it more, but will make the skin dry. The label should be read to see its components and if the cleansers it contains are very aggressive, it should not be used. The idea is that the soap can be eliminated without problems and quickly.
- According to the type of skin since all skin types are the same, so before choosing a gel, you should know what your skin type is and what is required. If you have oily skin, you can use any type of gel, as long as it is not too strong and does not cause acne; when the skin is dry, you should choose a moisturizing and nourishing gel; if the skin is delicate and suffers from allergies, you should select a hypoallergenic gel for sensitive skin, and the skin is sensitive you should choose specific cleansers that do not contain soap.
- Do not use the same gel for the whole family because there are products on the market that are exclusively for children and others that are only for adults.
